Installation
--------------

``dms_struct`` requires Python 3.6 or higher.

The easiest way to install ``dms_struct`` is from `PyPI <https://pypi.org/>`_ using `pip <https://pip.pypa.io>`_ with::

    pip install dms_struct

The above command will automatically install nglview_, which you then need to activate with::

    jupyter-nbextension enable nglview --py --sys-prefix    

If you want to install from source, the source code for ``dms_struct`` is available on GitHub at https://github.com/jbloomlab/dms_struct.
